Hi everyone I will be doing a CNA program this summer and I wanted to know if any of you who have completed a CNA program and moved on to a RN program where able to transfer the credits obtained from the CNA program.

Hi I am also interested in taking my Prerequisites online can you share the name of the school

will start calling and finding out if any online pre-reqs are offered, :)

Military spouse here- We where planning to move but our plans have changed due to my spouse needing knee surgery, we are still moving but it will be at least 1 yr from now. SO I was happy because at least I was still able to take my pre-reqs but the school near me only offers them while Im working and at the moment I cant quit my job. My only option is to take the CNA program they offer so when we do move at least I have something to take with me.

Me too was planning to move and it did not workout and now got a job that I need but don't you know the school where I can get my pre reqs only give them at times I'm at work what happened to night classes for people who need to work thanks for listening I needed to vent

Hi fellow future nurses, I will be taking prerequisites soon and I wanted some advice, can I take A&P 1 with Microbiology or should I take Microbiology later on with A&P 2, or take each one separate?

ReOxyS I was in the same situation got my MA in Human Services sat around waiting for work and sat around got a couple of offers but nothing that would help me advance I had to realize that I needed a change and the reason I wanted to major in Human services was due to my passion in wanting to help people, I rather do it now or regret it for the rest of my life

stay positive and focus, I wish I had the confidence I have now in my past I would have finished nursing school much sooner.

Would love to join I start my pre-reqs this Fall

It looks like I will be getting a ADN instead of BSN due to the school that I want..I have a BA already and was hoping to get into the accelerated program with some extra work because my GPA is 2.9 and the school informed me that I would have to put in 80 hrs of class time just to bring it up to 3.0 and don't know what to do plus my pre-requisites still need to be completed, I guess it makes more sense and money wise would be cheaper too.

Looks like I might not get into the school I was planning to attend for my BSN and now I dont know whether to go to a local community college for an Associates-RN because of the fear of not getting a job because I dont have a BSN. I really want to be a nurse but I am afraid that I wont get hire due just having an Associates and I cant be without a job I have children and responsibilities....

Hi 3-girls and BS in Psychology and a MA in Human Services, waiting to start my pre-reqs

Hi is anyone planning on attending UCF nursing program 2015, would love some feed back and some help, I am in the process of applying to the school first and then for the accelerated nursing program. Im very confused about the process, I know I first must get into the school but then apply after I have completed my prerequisites and teas. My previous gpa is 2.83 and im trying to figure out how to bring it up. Or if my transfer credits will only reflect the classes I got A's and B's on.
