   I'm preparing for the CNA exam this month. I can follow the guidelines in the book or study the handout that was given in class but some points are not clear so i have to figure it out.

   Ok thx for the advice...However, my instructor taught me a different way....(1 side rail up when leaving the resident because 2 side rails up is considered a restraint).

   I don't really see the logic in raising the bed when I'm emptying the urinary drainage bag, and if the bed is at the lowest position...why should I put 1 side rail up? As for brushing teeth, I can see why I should elevate the bed.

   My concerta dosage was increased to 54mg. The higher dosage gets me through the day, and I feel more alert while I'm studying on my bed. Anyhoo, thx for all of your input.
