mhm! as long as you've completed the courses, it's in your academic record so you can apply to other programs. i haven't applied to BSN programs but direct entry programs. i think the process is quite similar: pre-reqs, personal statement(s), letters of recommendations, GRE (for some).

Boston College Master's Entry 2014 applicants
I got accepted to the AGNP track as well. Here's my background! GPA: 3.6 GREs: 162 quant, 157 verbal, 5 writing Pre-Reqs: all pre-reqs also required for pre-med were done Finishing up my bachelors in microbiology. Undergraduate research on Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Additional: EMT-B certified and volunteered on campus, worked as patient observer at MGH, mother is a well-experienced gerontology NP

UMass Worcester- Graduate Entry
I had my interview last Friday and my concentration is acute adult/gerontology NP. It's pretty straightforward interview! Just make sure you have answers for the questions they sent in the email and have ample time to find your way around the place. The graduate school of nursing office is in one of the medical school buildings, which is connected to the hospital. Have lots of questions prepared to ask as they are eager to answer them! Also, their entire class size of all specialties is 32 people. They're going to have an admission committee meeting on Feb 27th to discuss all the candidates and get back to applicants hopefully by that Monday! If you have anymore questions, let me know!
