Thank you for your response. I have been in the process of immigration and waiting for my interview scheduled. I requested my working permit expedited at least so that I can go to help any hospital. USCIS denied it in one minute. Hope US government makes changes on this issue.

Hi. my name is Daniel who graduated from nursing school in California. I was born in a foreign country and got the USA in 2013. So, when the time came for my immigration process (EB-3), I had to do the all the paperwork including EB-3 visa sponsorship and CGFNS.... The only problem I have now is CGFNS Visa screen. I sent all my requirements including a nursing school (I graduated US nursing school) and pre-requisite schools (also US schools - community colleges). They accepted all pre-requisite schools but not a nursing school. since my nursing school is a new and career college, they said they need "Request For Assistance." At first, they said they sent RFA letter via mail and email to the registrar on May 2019 but my registrar didn't receive anything from CGFNS. then June 2019, again same thing. On July 22, 2019, they said they sent again. Now I am afraid of not having a visa screen and may lose my visa sponsorship. Please help me to get through this. What is the "Request for assistance?" they told me that it's because my registrar signature is not matched with what they have. but my registrar has been working at my school for over 30 years. Does anyone know RFA? what is it? I asked my registrar to write a letter about herself with signature.. would it be helpful? thank you in advance!
