  1. depends on where you live. if you live at Currie Hall near campus, it would cost 1400 per month for one of the spots of 2B2B. Most people gets student loans. ? WHY FREAK OUT? everyone gets loan for CRNA program.
  2. a strong GRE score may support some your OK academic performance. you can retake GRE until you get a satisfying score as you want. Also, NEVER JUST APPLY one school. Every school looks at your package in different way. If you worry about so much about taking exams, how could you pass all the exams during the CRNA three years?
  3. PM me, we have a whole USC DNAP SRNA group, I can let you in
  4. congrats. feel free to PM me if need some current student info and contact.
  5. it really does not matter. You still get your DNP degree and eligible to sit the board exam.
  6. welcome to USC DNAP family! Welcome to USC DNAP family! Welcome to USC DNAP family!
  7. The only CRNA program that allows you to practice in your local state is Texas Wesleyan University, BUT they do not have a site in WA. If you want to remain as close as possible, the only program in WA is Gonzaga. and Oregon Health Science University is another possible option for you, and they do have some clinical sites in Seattle. I agree with people above, NO master program will exist by the time you are applying. ER experience is not perfect, and some programs do not take it. If you want to do online graduate program, Nurse practitioner may be a better option to you.
  8. University reputation does NOT guarantee the wellness of a program.
  9. For this part, please contact the office for the updates. It may change in every year. Loida Calapatia Administrative Assistant USC Program of Nurse Anesthesia Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice Phone: (323) 442-2037 Email: [email protected] Mrs. Calapatia is very helpful and will answer this question.
  10. Physics, any local community college. If you want to take it online, BYU online with very reasonable price, but you have to go to any proctor center to take your paper exams.
  11. Congratulations. If possible, you could do school shuttle-union station-flyaway bus route to LAX. Sorry, LA's traffic is really bad....
  12. I would not stay in a motel near HSC. I stayed in Hilton San Gabriel 225 W Valley Blvd, San Gabriel, CA 91776, very nice and safe are.
  13. Try to apply my school, University of Southern California, they more look at you integrated, not just grades. Deadline 12/15, give it a try.
  14. no......very quick means weeks....not months....
  15. Congratulation. it depends. If you are the first one to do interview, it probably will just take just few hours, if you are the last one on the list, probably will be afternoon. They give decisions very quick.
  16. relax, the program received more than the usual amount of applicants in this year, and be patient and give them more time to process all applications. Thanks.
  17. it should 2 dates in Jan, and one in Dec.
  18. That is a nice conversation, and it is exactly what I would think about this future program. It is hard to avoid competitions at Johns Hopkins Hospital which is a main site for residency. Hope at least SRNA at JHU in the future could get some cases in JHH. Among all the major and wellknown medical insitutions. some of them do not offer the main hospital for SRNA to get cases, such as Upenn, Emory and Columbia(?). Just hope this future program, as you mentioned, could produce some well-prepared CRNAs for patients and our NA community.
  19. Full-Time Ranked Faculty- Nurse Anesthesia (CRNA) DNP Program, Director and Assistant Director Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
  20. Just saw that JHU is hiring directors for its own CRNA program. It would be interesting to see two CRNA programs cross street to each other.
  21. Just relax. This program interview is the most laid-back one I've ever had. I believe that there is an interview in mid-Dec. You should hear from them soon~ Good luck. Yeah, I like the weather, food, faculties, everything so far.
  22. yep. Just want to see if any applicant for this cohort has questions that I could answer
