Anatomy and physiology don’t have to be separate but need to have the labs so that you have 8 credits total between the two. This term almost all remote learners are traveling to Fort Collins Colorado for clinical. Also, not sure what SL is standing for but just to let you know Nightingale is no longer accepting credits from Straighter Line it Study.com. They stopped on April 15, 2021. I can’t answer your questions about the LVN as I’m not an LVN. Hope this helps.

I go to Nightingale College and am a remote learner currently in New Mexico but will be moving to California in July (military family). I just passed my fundamentals HESI on Monday so I am now just wrapping up my second semester of the nursing classes. Feel free to ask any questions.

So I believe most of us on this post are newer with Nightingale so we are still in our first few terms. As far as the nationally accredited part, from what my cohort has been told they are working on this right now. They are in the process of becoming Nationally accredited. I am in my first semester of nursing classes in the BSN program. I hope this helps a little bit.

Not difficult at all to be accepted. Like mentioned above it was the enrollment fee and the entrance test which covered basic math, writing and reading. If you have credits from other schools you can transfer them in for the most part. All general education has to be within the last five years. If you are missing any or need to redo some I recommend using straighter line and submit through ACE to have it transferred. Much cheaper and it’s self paced. I completed four classes in one month through them.

Found it. 205-5 days, 225-10 days, 245-10 days, 265-10 days, 345-13 days, 365-10 days, and 395-21 days. These include travel day to and travel day from the hub. I also would just assume these could change if requirements change. As far as the Monday-Friday I am not sure as my first two terms they changed to be all online because of Covid. Hope this helps. But I’m loving this school and it really works for our family.

@ksgurl2 So it is not truly 2 weeks. I can't find the schedule now, but at the beginning of the term as few weeks okay they listed it out by each Clinical class. If I can find it again I'll post it. But it is actually anywhere from 5 days to 21 days depending on the class and that includes travel to the site and back. Only the last Clinical class is 21 days most were listed between 5 and I think 14 days. However, due to COVID this term for my BSN 205 and I been told possible for BSN 225 next term it is all online with all clinical assignments virtually done through TEAMs and video submission.

So I’m a remote learner in clinical class this term. They have canceled on site clinical classes for 205 and 225 for the fall term so all my clinical is online, but their guidance said for normal on ground ddc learners they would know their schedule by the end of week 4 and remote learners would know their location and schedule for on ground clinical by the end of week 9. I have received only the first two week clinical schedule so far a we just started this week, I should have weeks 3-6 by Sunday night.

@Magibmas I would recommend if you are still looking to call Nightingale College. I am working with them right now. Starting the Fall term (Aug 31st) they are stating Distance Learning. I am in Albuquerque NM but they told me for 2 weeks out of the 16 week semester I will go to Colorado Springs to do my Clinical rotation. I also hold a Bachelors in another degree.

Marie which campus will you be going to?

I will be using the DDC in Colorado Springs, but doing the new distance learning program so I will go to the DDC for 2 weeks out of every semester instead of every week as I am currently in Albuquerque NM being of Military.

So the NCLEX pass rate for ADN is low but their BSN program is 100% and that is the program I am going for so I'm not to concerned and as far as regional or national most schools have other school agreements to take their credits so if I choose to go further then I would either continue with them or find a partner school. I am choosing Nightingale because it fits my families schedule with being a military family. Marie are you considering applying with Nightingale?
