  1. Yes nurses are professionals. I talked to many and the answered I received are less then comforting. Off the wall remarks and making fun of body parts are the norm. Don't kid yourself!
  2. Screw that surgeon. I bet he isn't a good person either.
  3. Tipically medical people thinking they own the patient . Patient refuses he or she refuses . Period . Nagging or forcing will not do anything. In my case I would get more ****** of. But then again nothing more arrogant then medical people .
  4. urinary cath are not low on patients list. It is an invasive and undignifying procedure. I was at both ends of the spectrum. Many hospitals are starting to go to consent forms for urinary cath do to the high risk of injuries to the patients.
  5. Are you insane Leslie! Foley cath are relatively non invasive! Let me put one in into your urethra! Then we see if it is non invasive!
