  1. I guess that would be about right for the hourly rate, although I'm not aware what is involved when you or your company "open" a case. I open cases and must submit paperwork which accompanies openings, (consents and med profiles, ect) but I don't get a higher rate for the opening. Also, Jess could you post or PM me the names of the three companies? I would like to apply to a few more to keep my options open. Thanks if you can. Just an aside, I just got a really cool job doing EMS as an EMT at Jones Beach Theater for all the concerts. "Worked" my first show the other evening and eagerly anticipate the rest of the summer line-up. First show was Kansas, Styx, and Foreigner....not too bad a show..! Next up is Scorpion on Tues followed by Yes with Peter Frampton on Thurs...!! Should be an entertaining summer now.....!!!!
  2. okay, now what's the procedure if you feel that it has moved in or out?
  3. I have some cases that are 8 and 10 hours per visit. At $40 -$45 per hour it's not too bad for a days work.
  4. For me a BA in Sociology, then a graduate degree in Elem. Ed., and finally an AAS/RN....
  5. Why would the tattoos prevent you from realizing your dream of becoming a Dr..?
  6. First of all, what kind of MD? Also is she any good at what she does? Hell we've all met smarter sanitation engineers than some of the MDs we've known. Face it though we're guys and if she's hot who cares if she stares into a microscope all day, or any other orifice, or saves lives or is a sanitation engineer. LOL Either way it's a life sentence and she could always change professions.
  7. The hospital I recently worked at had a written policy regarding piercings....they were not allowed. I guess they can choose their employees according to what they deem to be acceptable and if you don't agree with their policies that's fine with them. Tatoos were another matter, they had no policy regarding the display, although I'm sure if there was a distastfull one in their opinion it would have to be covered. Why am I on this computer when I have a final in a few hours....?
