coming back after a long time.I have send DS230 1 to my concerned agency on 10 may i think by 20 may they must have reached to NVC can someone guide me how much time NVC take to send next pkt from our consular office.One more thing as there are some discrepencies reg.college and school dates in visascreen application form and DS230 1 form will it affect my case or once visascreen is issued application reg DS230 wont get affected becoz of it.please respond for same.

Hi my ielts passing day is 20 aug 2004 ,my process is under pipeline .Today while checking maryland nursing board news i noticed that they will accept ielts score oct 2005 onwards.what does it mean ? moreover i want to apply for nclex do i need to apply before my ielts expire i.e before this aug plz guide.

Does this mean that even if the visa dates shown are stuck as in vermont then also there is a possibility that they can still approve the visas .

hi i a have filed my visa from vermount which slowed down i dont know why can someone tell me about it ,my agency said that they will file my visascreen once they get report of my visa but some other person told me it can be done early i want to do that is it possible becoz it will save time isn't.

ya i am facing same problem previously they were asking for a certificate from first class magistrate in case yu dont have birth certificate but now at the time of visa interview they will say yu to show affidav with two witnesses who know yu from birth yu can see it from candidate who are going from

The thing we do not like has happened my papers were filed in uscis vermount on july 25 i received my receipt no but the file which is uhderway is of 27 mar someone told me that in uscis it takes max 3 mth but see how it is working so much of delay and then this news can i check how many visas are left from pool of 50k so that i can plan my further future as i have already kept so much in stake for it if i see there is bleak chance than i will try for other countries please guide thanks in advance

do you mean we who have just started the process at visa centre will get something even after say 7 month clarify or our visa will have current status
