There will always be LTC for LPN/LVN jobs.......if you like taking care of old people and are OK with being a LPN/LVN...it is so worth being one........

My specialty is only geriatrics ..ltc.....dementia...Alzheimer's ...sundowners.....my specialty is caring for those that spit and kick....why u may ask??..because I love it.....the pay is OK...20 bucks a hour.....but I moved to city from rural Ohio and made 14 for doing the same thing.....and I want to go back....cause I also love being who I am....a hillbilly..also I know there will be more and more diagnosis of Alzheimer's and dementia related to baby boomers getting it...I'll always have plenty of work..and honestly I don't think the majority of these young nurses that graduate want to go into that type of nursing.....godbless

I would pray.....or a small dose of a benzo helps for anxiety...if you have a anxiety issue..I did ...turns out I had add as well...my add medicine helps a lot ...wish I had that in school I might of not had to repeat certain classes and quarters.....and my confidence would of been sky high like it is now..god bless ..and good luck

Damn ..sounds like u were snowballed .....by the whole damn bunch of them....on your next app use that place but there has to be a supervisor that loved u...that will say yes u worked there and u were good employer....not really sure if that state has this rule but my home state of Ohio the employer can't say if u were fired..at least I was told b4 cause I had similar experience.......

I read your past comments...its nice to be hip as long as upu care for your patients...u kinda remimind me of myself...I love geriatric ltc ..nursing home work...the residents love me and I love each one like my own GMA and GPA...love wearing Jordan's or any cool hitop just like I explained....I don't talk like a surfer though..like some stated about you..I just talk in simple terms that the average old dude will understand...keep on with the nursing...but remember most docs don't talk to you like a normal person they talk like your a nurse....fyi

I worked my four months as temp LVN...love the place ..they are letting me go on doc appointments wash wheelchairs...daily weights etc at minimum wage...all I care about is keeping up with my child support ...because Ohio child support states..if u don't pay u will lose your drivers license and your professional license....just wondering how can I pay if u take what ability I have to get to work and able to work to make a suitable life...our laws and regulations relating to both of these issues need some fixn..only way u can get that is vote.....please Texas bon I only got 3 tickets and no arrest.....please hurry...I didn't ask to move here I had 2.I didn't want to leave my son like I said I had 2.....
