    The rule I found strangest was no chap stick. I'm one of those people who have to carry it with me like a security blank. Then when they took it away it was like instant chapped lips.

    I am a new grad and the job hunt in my area is grim. The only jobs I have been able to find are in LTC. LTC is not my passion and I fear by taking this job I will be stuck in LTC and won't be able to make it into a med-surg hospital setting. The question now stands do I take a job I really dislike because I need the money or do I hold out for a hospital position. If I do take the job is there any hope of me moving from LTC to med-surg? Has anyone out there had any experience with this situation? Any and all advice will be great appreciated.
