I asked if people thought it was okay to make judgemental statements to patients who had abortions. Everyone in the room immediately gasped no!! The opinions on the statements regarding the number of children were split about 50/50.. Why is it okay to make judgements about family size but abortion is taboo??? Because our society is one full of empty/weak minded people who don't answer truthfully for themselves, but rather turn to the quickest/safest answer, the politically correct one. You are so right about this double standard.

Seriously, you guys need to lighten up...stop pouncing on everyone who mentions nurses just to exaccerbate the already old nursing/victims polemic. If she had been the wife of a pastor and sleeping around, would we all run to our computers to complain that Dr. Phil said "but you're the pastors wife!"?

You are absolutely right, the problem is that there are too many women forming these chicken coops. Reality? This is just one reason we need men, to keep us from making fools of ourselves...it just so happens that rarely will a woman gossip and make an *** out of her petty self in front of a man...WE NEED MORE MEN TO CREATE BARRIERS TO THE LINE OF GOSSIP AND PETTY CRAP THAT GOES ON WITH WOMEN. Likewise, the presence of women keeps men from belching and farting in public. We all have our faults.

yeah, i kinda figured you'd all know I didn't mean the dirt from under the carpet. Of course, you are right, white shows more than just simple dirt, but all other things that indeed, are not white (reasons why white is an excellent choice for workers in the ER and intensive care). I'm sorry....were you agreeing, disagreeing or just adding?

Don't forget, not only is everyone right about that rediculous french test, but Quebec nurses are paid the least in all of N.A. Right now, many if not most RN's are leaving to go elsewhere right out of nsg school, leaving us in dire need of nurses. I know, AS IF QUEBEC CAN AFFORD TO BE CHOOSY and decide to implement new barriers, and yet they do. Quebec nurses see American nurses as making more $. Likewise, I'm considering California for a little while just to give me a boost when I graduate. Can't understand why you'd want to move except for the fact that Montreal is the greatest place in the world! I may be partial, but I've never been to any city that compares, so good luck with that!
