Passez undbonne journee. regards, a dandy colleague
  3. Composure is a constant demand for nurses. Being efficient in tasks, being sympathetic and attentive can take all of one's focus. Take a deep breathe, and focus on "you" as you do certain actions; then switch and focus back entirely on the patient when you have completed your action. I find this helps avoid errors. The fact that you care so very much, I think you will improve. Composure; and focus on you and your actions. best of luck from this O.R. nurse
