Hey, how about your IELTS exam? When did you pass? They will not issue you a Visa Screen Certificate if no IELTS result submitted to CGFNS.

Case completed: Nov. 8, 2005 Date interviewed: March 16, 2006 Me and my family are expecting our visa this week. Courier advised us that it is already in transit. We'l be leaving soon on April 3 for Florida. Good luck for those who are waiting and those who are for interview soon.

Hello, I only knew last Feb. 9, 2006 that I am included on the March list for the interview in US Embassy Manila. Anyway, goodluck. Hope you will be on the April list. Try to follow-up your status to NVC every 6th of the month. They already know who are those listed for the interview. God Bless you too!

Hi, Case closed last Nov. 8, 2004 and NVC advised me to wait for their notification. I'm so happy that I have been scheduled for the March interview in US Embassy Manila. So, I guess it will take at least 3-4 moths but it also depends with the NVC. Hope this helps.

It depends. There are agency that will not process the application if no CG certificate. In my case, my agency already filed my application even I have the CG result only and got my priority date from USCIS. Few months after I took the IELTS exam and passed then forwarded result to ICHP then given the CG certificate. I gave photocopy of my certificate to the agency and then after waiting for 9 months got approval. Received my Packet 3 after a month. And now, I am waiting for my Packet4. Hope this helps. Try to inquire it to the agency that you are applying for. Goodluck.

Hi, Suzanne I would like to inquire regarding the CES. Four years ago (year 2001), I filed the CES form for CGFNS/ICHP 'coz this is required in Florida Bon. I took the exam 2002 but sad to say I did'nt make it. Now, I am planning again to take the NCLEX-RN early next year. Do I still need to submit again the CES form? Hello, I need some advise regarding immigrant visa and working visa. I am a registered nurse in the Philippines. I passed the CGFNS and IELTS exam. Planning to take NCLEX in USA. I already applied hospital employment to the recruitment agency in FLorida. My immigrant visa petition has been approved already last 11/16/2004. The priority date is 2/05/2004. We all know that retrogression is on going and I cannot wait this too long. So, now I am planning to apply a working visa in Chicago. I am just wandering if it could be possible. Please do give me advise, if the pending immigrant petition will be affected once I applied the working visa. I met a male nurse last week and we have the same case. Waiting for the interview. We just met once. He also have a pending immigrant petition with the same year applied. Since he doesn't want to wait the pending petition due to the retrogress, so, he decided to apply a working visa last January 2005. Interview from US embassy done last week and he is now scheduled to go to Chicago on May 2005. He then told me to write in the working visa application form about the pending immigrant visa status. Is it really true? Do you have also a friend who have the same case as him? I already submitted the requirements needed for the recruitment agency in Chicago. The male nurse also told me to pay $750 for the attorney's fee. But I will pay it directly to the lawyer thru bank draft. Please give me some advise if I will continue applying the working visa or I will have to wait the immigrant visa petition. Thanks in advance.
