I think you need to take and pass the HAAD first. Then from there, look for agency (no placement fee) here in the PI that will help you.

Not only the height I guess :) you will be fine for as long as you have a normal BMI. Can you share the email ad? would like to apply also.

You need to renew you license personally at PRC :) Just go there early and pay the corresponding fee. As far as I can remember fee is P30.00/month
