  1. Good luck! You will do great!
  2. I just completed my first semester in nursing school and I am very thankful for the 10+ years I have had as a CNA. Clinical was very easy for me because I knew how to manage my time properly, perform basic nursing skills and I also had a great level of comfort while communicating and working with my patient. If you have the opportunity to be a CNA, I say go for it. It's great experience.
  3. Congratulations! Enjoy your free time while you can! Once school starts, you will dedicate most of your time to studying!
  4. Congratulations!
  5. Depends on the facility. Usually there is a minimum of two people.
  6. Nursing school starts August 22nd and we will have clinical at a nursing home the first week in October.
  7. Paper planner!
  8. Writing notes with pen and paper works best for me!
  9. One of my dear friends just graduated from nursing school last month and I bought her a med case I found on etsy. View iPad/eReader/Med cases by LoveAmarie on Etsy
  10. Good luck to you too! :)
  11. I was confused by the list too!
  12. That's great! I am so glad I took Medical Terminology. One less thing to do/worry about fall semester. :) I took the class online - great format!
  13. YES! I just signed up to this website yesterday and it won't let me PM anyone (not yet anyway). Did you take any classes in the fall/spring? I took micro, micro lab and pharmacology. For spring semester, I took medical terminology!
  14. Hey there! Are you attending LCC's nursing program???
