Straight A's but Panics When Taking Tests
My professor taught us to do breathing exercises before and during tests, which helped a ton. You can also see your counseling office, once accepted, and ask about extra time on tests. You will have to jump through a couple of hoops to get the time, but it helped many students who like you, panicked in tests.

Dreading Micro!
Micro wasn't my favorite, but ended up with an A. Some suggestions: #1 Use Rate My Professor.com (Can't agree more with HoneyClover). Make sure the prof provides a study guide and reviews the class for the midterm/final. Take a class with a lab; review your biochem. You have what it takes!
