  1. My professor taught us to do breathing exercises before and during tests, which helped a ton. You can also see your counseling office, once accepted, and ask about extra time on tests. You will have to jump through a couple of hoops to get the time, but it helped many students who like you, panicked in tests.
  2. Kaplan user here, apply strategy with patho. Agree with previous post. Filter incorrect ones and do them over and over till you get 100%. U-world explains very nicely; with Kaplan you look it up in their book. wishing you the best of luck!!
  3. I started as a non-20s student, from scratch. A friend told me "you're going to grow older anyway, might as well secure your future".
  4. nickname. (Godfather movie)
  5. Hello, My first day as a PCT/ER Tech, I was asked if I could do splints, which I can & have, but never heard of being ‘splint certified'. Can you please lmk of a site/organization that issues these? Thank you
  6. ER is the happiest place on earth. (Not DisneyLand)
  7. I eat, (which is awful), or exercise (weights), go to my sister's and play with my nephew, deep-breathe, and/or listen to music.
  8. I feel your pain!!! I was there once. You have what it takes I promise! Don't give up!!!
  9. Micro wasn't my favorite, but ended up with an A. Some suggestions: #1 Use Rate My Professor.com (Can't agree more with HoneyClover). Make sure the prof provides a study guide and reviews the class for the midterm/final. Take a class with a lab; review your biochem. You have what it takes!
