  1. Nope! I have been an Lpn for 20 yrs I'm good with being a practical nurse I see what the RNs go thru ...no thank you and just for a few bucks more not worth it
  2. If it were me I would pick #3 it sounds like that facility might have their act together a little better then the other two. Good luck
  3. An agency job is a great way to maybe find another job. I have been an Lpn for 20 yrs and have worked in only 3 different facilities ..they all have their issues...try not and make their issues your own. Even though you made a mistake , we are only human . Don't beat your self up about it ...

I have Been and LPN for 20 yrs, I love it and unless forced , I will continue to LOVE IT ...Most of the RN's i work with are wonderful and even think the LPNs have way better Clinical skills then the RNs do .....Don't listen to anyone that tells you " you should really go on and get your RN"....Be Proud of your accomplishments:yes:..
