Hello nursing students!! I am wondering if there are any DTCC prospective nursing students here? I am applying in August to Stanton's program! Anyone else? If so, how are you doing on your ranking sheet with points? And have you taken the NLN yet? I'd like to talk about scores and this new HLH 130 course!!! Or if anyone is currently in or previously had clinicals at DTCC please share your experience and give any tips!!!

Hi all! I am a prospective nursing student. I plan on applying to Del Tech nursing program this summer. I took the NLN for the first time today. I got a 116. I don't think it's too great, but I was wondering what other people got? And for those people who are already nursing students, or already RN's, what score did you get into your nursing program with? And what GPA? I have a 3.5 now, but I am doing well in all of my classes this semester so I am hoping it goes up! Do they only look at numbers when applying? Does personal info matter? Such as volunteer experience in a hospital? Also, any tips for studying & for surviving nursing school? Anything you want to add about your experiences, grades, etc! I'd love to hear anything you would like to share!
