@york2016 - Yes, you're correct! :)

It says you need a cumulative grade point average of at least a B (6.0 on the York Scale) and a B+ (7.0) average in the last 30 credits. Also, you need at least a B (6.0 on the York Scale) for each prerequisite course.

^ You also need a minimum of 2 years work experience (3640 hours).

I called the department and the lady said that the program is pretty much at capacity. They have rolling admissions, so if a spot does open up they'll let us know. Congrats to all of you accepted folks!

@want_to_get_in, thanks for the info! By any chance, do you know if that's for both internal & external? That would definitely help my case if it's open for both applicant pools lol.

When I called the department, the lady said they take the highest GPAs from both internal/external. So I assume the B+ cut-off is for both groups.

They look at cGPA and your GPA in the last 30 credits (5 full courses).

I know the internal spots are filled, but I'm hoping there's some sort of waiting list (fingers crossed).

We won't know until final grades come in. So I'm guessing we should be hearing back around end of May/early June. Goodluck to all internal applicants!

lol I should probably clarify. The cutoff i'm talking about is for internal applicants from last year. They did not accept anybody below the B+ mark in both cumulative and last 30.

I spoke to the Program Assistant at York and she told me that the cutoff was a B+ in both overall and last 30. It's pretty competitive
