  1. Hi, I'm having an interview today over the phone with Sharp Grossman, I'm a bit nervous but excited at the same time. I currently live on Chicago I'm 37 with 2.5 years of experience on Med/surg & tele stepdown units. I see you recommend this hospital. my questions is how much wage should I accept? I'm bilingual (Spanish) with a MSN degree and 3 kids to care for. I'm afraid not being able to support my kids if they go too low on me. Please advice and thank you in advance. Best regards, Lupita N.

  3. LOVEEEE YOUR POST! Thank you dear.
  4. Today I shadowed an unhappy CRNA. I was so disappointed that I waited for so long to this experience and all my excitement went down the drain in just a couple of hours. Like AllAngels said CRNA can be a very stressful job. I was supposed to shadow the CRNA for 4 hours and I only last 2 hrs. I need to rethink the all CRNA stuff. All the money they make can't buy them a smiley face, at least not for my CRNA of today.
