  1. @sekim627 Did you find out if you passed? Did the PVT work?
  2. Congratulations for passing @kateyez223! May I ask what materials you used this time around? And what did not help you (previously)? I will be testing for my 3rd try. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
  3. Hey @BlueHearts53! So you can actually pay for both (Pearson and Breeze) now. And from there on, just wait to receive your ATT. You can google: BRN Processing time to see the timeframe. Right now they are processing paperwork that have been submitted from July 16-30th. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions :)
  4. @Catalin, CNA, LPN, RN -- Did you find the NCLEX Mastery app helpful? Are the questions similar to the actual NCLEX questions? I'm debating purchasing it and yes its least expensive! It's not my first time taking so I'm looking at what other resources to use.

  6. @justme1982, RN -- First off, congratulations for passing! Thank you for sharing this. I also used UWorld and was not successful, even though I scored with a Very High Chance of passing based on my 2nd assessment (few days before my exam). Now, I'm trying to figure out where to begin. When you used the NCLEX Mastery App, did you take both of the simulation exam? Do you mind sharing your scores? Also, what other sources did you use to prepare?
  7. @GodIsLife Congrats! I have sent you a private message. Hope you can help me out! Thanks!
  8. @philzcoffeel0ver -- My status has not changed since I received the call. Good luck! :)
  9. I just received a call a few minutes ago and was invited for an interview next Friday (19th). I was told it was for 7 Long Musculoskeletal (Orthopaedic/Neurospine/Orthospine unit). I'm not sure if it is a group panel or an individual interview. Does anyone know?
  10. Does anyone know whether the interview is held in a group or individually?
  11. My status changed yesterday (Oct 27th) to "routed to interviewing supervisor". I applied for Perinatal and Step-down/Med Surg. I have not received an email or phone call just yet. I am hoping to hear back soon. Good luck to everyone!
  12. Hi everyone! Is anyone from the SD campus going to live in North County (San Marcos, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, or near by locations)? I have been accepted for Summer 2015 and I will be moving in Escondido. I am looking for someone to carpool with. Please let me know. Thanks!
  13. Congratulations @jkaragan! I could not find your husband fb page. I think it has something to do with his privacy setting. Maybe you can try to look me up and see if that works? I'll PM you my email address.
  14. @JazzieP I'm actually not in SD. I will be moving sometime in January. But I've visited the area (Mission Valley) a few times and I really like it. Which location are you applying to?
  15. @alngo I actually applied for Summer 2015 and got accepted at the SD campus.
  16. @alngo, where in the bay area are you located? Berkeley City College and De Anza College has a psychology research methods. Below is the course description. I would check with APU to see if they will accept it. I hope this helps! Also, which campus did you get accepted to? Acceptable for credit: UC/CSU Introduction to research methods for psychology: Research design; experimental procedures; descriptive methods; instrumentation; collection, analysis, and reporting of research data; review of research design and methodology in various sub-disciplines of psychology. 17. @Yaiyai The remaining balance is due 90 days before the program starts. The first payment was due 30 days from receiving the letter. The only specific date that was stated on the letter was October 4th, which was the first payment or pay in whole. So maybe your letter was trying to say your first payment is due Oct. 31th?
  18. @Yaiyai I received a letter regards to the deposit on September 4th, so less than a week after receiving my acceptance letter. I was told I have 30 days to submit my deposit (October 4th) or they will not hold my spot. You should definitely give APU a call.
  19. Kfaust13, I will PM you the link.
  20. For those who got accepted to the San Diego location, I have created a FB group page for us. Search "APU ELM SD Summer 2015"
  21. Hi JLJ714. I do not think there is a Facebook page for our SD cohort. Did you already create one? If so, could you please send me the link? :)
  22. I received a phone call from the graduate admissions office just now and I got accepted to the San Diego campus!! I am so excited to start and meet everyone who got accepted to SD.
  23. Hi indpndnt, Congratulations! Which campus did you get in to?
  24. Hi everyone. I have received the same email stating my APU network account has been updated. I tried logging by clicking on 'applicant sign in' and it would not let me. I knew it was not my password or my username because I saved it on my computer. But when I clicked on 'sign in' and it worked! Is this a good sign? Below sign in says, "students, faculty, and staff" so I am assuming this means I am accepted? I really hope so! :)
