what is the HESI? Is this required?
annbananz, I am about to take the HESI on this Tuesday, have you already taken yours at ACC? I was just wondering how in depth the questions are for each body system. I always over study and I'm afraid that I'm doing that now! I would love to be able to concentrate on important areas for these last few days but I have no idea what I need to concentrate on for A&P! Any pointers? Thank you!

HESI A2: My Experience
Hello, I am taking the exam in a week and I had a few questions. I tend to ALWAYS over study information and I'm afraid that I'm doing this with the A&P section. I took A&P 1 and 2 in the spring of 2011 and last fall so it is not fresh in my mind. I know that you aren't allowed to tell us exact questions but do they ask many questions about muscles/bones? Also, do we need to know blood flow throughout the body? Thank you!

HESI A2 help (A&P)
Yes, I am quite nervous. I haven't been studying as much as I would have liked to since I have been working and taking a class. I'm really buckling down now since I only have a week until I take it. I have an A&P study book along with the Evolve book. I hope that those, along with using quizlet will help me prepare enough! Thank you for posting about your experience.. I will let you know how I do on it with using the study book and quizlet.

HESI A2 help (A&P)
Hello, I am taking the HESI at Austin Community College at the end of August. My school only does Math, Reading, and A&P. I am pretty good at Math so I should do fine on that as long as a do a bit of reviewing, and reading should also be fine with some reviewing. However, I took A&P 1 and 2 this past fall and in the spring of 2011. I definitely need to review for this section and although I kept all of my books and notes, I feel that reviewing everything that I have will be way too overwhelming. I heard that the study guide isn't much help for the A&P section and I was wondering if there is any review out there that is helpful? Or if there is anywhere that mentions what to focus on. If anyone has any advice for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
