Hi guys, I applied for the ELMD IE summer 2013 program. I have an interview with them July 31st, I was wondering if you guys have any thoughts regarding the interview? What's the next step after the interview? Do they notify you by email or letter if you're accepted and how long does it take until they notify you? Thanks..

To Beesmama, what did they say when you asked about the invitations? Are they still sending them this week. I'm just wondering if what email they used to send out invites, because it might go straight to spam.

I'm with u beesmama... I don't how else to improve my statement and also have 3 recommendation letters. Hopefully by the end of this week they'll still send out emails. I'm checking my email constantly.. but its a disappointment everytime I look. I'm keeping positive =)

hi guys, I'm on the same boat as everyone checking my email every so often.. I really hope I get an interview the second time around.. Losing hope with the whole nursing school.. Hope the rest gets an interview... good luck everyone.

to armada14- how long after did they notify you that you got in the program? I heard its a lottery so its by chance on getting in. I applied for the Fall 2012 I think the one that was due in May 18 or something. Did they send you an email or letter inviting you for an interview or the next step?

to beesmama- i spoke to ------------- the director for the ABSN program and she did tell me I met all the requirements but it came down to the GPA. Other students had a higher GPA than I did and probably my statement of intent wasn't strong enough that it didn't stand out regardless of my GPA. But she did say to revise my essay make it stronger and state that why I'm reapplying for the second time. So I guess everyone got their check cashed, so I'm not sure if it indicates anything, I hope it does.

Hey guys I was wondering if Concordia cashed your check for application fee for the Fall 2012 application. Because I applied last semester Feb. 1, 2012 and they didn't cash my check 2 months after and I got my rejection letter around the same time. I was just curious if they cashed your check early if it means anything or you're a potential candidate. I was wondering because of my last application.
