End Of Day Summary for Monday, October 19, 2009 (FluCount.org): During the past week, 409 new swine flu deaths were confirmed across the world (average of 58.4 deaths/day), resulting in a 16.2% increase over the death toll last week. Brazil, still adding to their death tally, accounted for 196 of those deaths - or 48% of the deaths this week. Coming in second this week is The United States, confirming 82 new H1N1 deaths, bringing their death toll to exactly 1,000. In the US, the vaccine has arrived at many states, but there will continue to be a shortage of supply in the immediate future. CDC on CNN said that people who are getting the FluMist, the live attenuated vaccine, may be contagious for a period of 21 days.....that's a long time to be quarantined or a long time to spread the flu! .I worry about the nurses who are giving that vaccine and are working so close to it themselves. When the have shown a nurse spraying it into the patients nastrils, I do not see her wearing gloves or a facial mask of any kind. So, I assume she is literally being vaccinated over and over again.....I doubt if any nurse is holding her breath while administering the Flu Mist........I"d like to see the stats come forth on this maybe six months from now. To see how many nurses giving the flu vaccines and in particular the Flu Mist......will be immune or have gotten one heck of case of flu later! I doubt if they are even testing the people either to see if they have the H1N1 or the Seasonal flu. I wish President Obama would get the medical records up and running....that could use that as a way to track patients in a sort of clinical trial way......to get accurate stats, How many are affected with this "pandemnic", How many vaccinated, How many got the flu after vaccination How many didn't get the flu if they didn't get vaccinated, how many got the flu who didn't get vaccinated How many got the "muscle melting diseaes" after the flu vaccine or after the flu or did they present with the disease process and didn't have the flu but had gotten the vaccine..... How many are getting the mutated flu virus? How many complications are being presented and what are they?? How many deaths in each USA state, USA nation and country......

Again, why does government vaccinate us against animal diseases?????? In 1914 when there was a Smallpox out break....they vaccinated people again against an animal disease and millions of humans died from the vaccine......! I have taken care of many patients with Phemphigus Vulgaris......patients with large fluid filled blisters on their body.....we had to dress the blisters , I used gloves , gown and mask......not only for my protection I guess, because doctors never warned us of obtaining anything from the wounds but we were told to protect the patient from any bacteria that we might transmit to the patient......I read now that Phemphigus blisters are really CowPox........or Smallpox.....and think of the people that that infection disease could have spread !!! That is what I don't like is sometimes in nursing we do not get all of the facts and it can and does jeopardize our health and as well as the hospital the patients and their families and the community..........I practiced my nursing as a young woman trusting the doctors completely,,,,,,,but always using my critical thinking skills.....now I found out that I missed one! I kept asking them what is in that fluid and what caused it???? No one could answer me, not even in then one of the most prestigious teaching hospitals in the nation...... So, my research will continue.......its something I love to do...the reason I pass it along is so that more and more nurses will stop and think about what they are doing to other human beings and lives . WE are the administrators of the doctors orders, when it comes to drugs or vaccines........I certainly would not want to bring harm to another person by giving them something that is not approved or not safe for them now or in the long run........The doctors and pediatricians I worked for years ago would never think of giving a child or newborn or a baby six injections of vaccinations each month .....no our doctors knew that a child's immune system and digestive system is still developing and would be compromised if given before the age of 3 months.....we were always told the mothers breast milk gives the child continued immunity for the baby. That is why breast feeding was encouraged. Besides that the little babies muscles are not even large enough to be able to inject all of that mercury contained fluid into.........Plus, our doctors then knew that a fever could occur after one vaccination, let alone six.......they were more concerned that the baby would get a fever from the vaccinations and could go into seizures.......now I know why a vaccination could cause a seizrure........a stroke from the articles I have read... This is awful in my mind, my heart just breaks over what is being done to us and our children in this country.........I got into nursing to see cures happen to see people get well.......not to see what is causing more disease and to see our profession go from compassion for the ill to capitalizing on disease. Do you really believe that you have learned everything you need to know about medicines or medical conditions or the bodies immune system. That your learning stopped with your R.N. associates degree? Did you learn every concept and word taught by your professors of every research study, by every scientist or biochemist in the world? Do your professors go around arrogantly satisfied and well paid for having taught you what you need to know to pass your Boards? Has your experience in nursing only brought you to the conclusion that, it only matters what your taught by those who want you to know their bias opinions, matters for the results,they want you to participate in? If so, why would a G.P. doctor send you to a specialist, who knows more about your condition than he does. IF he learned it all , then there would be no need for a specialist now would there? If, every nurse felt that her preliminary education would prepare her/him to work in any aspect of Nursing, then she is deceived on the need for further training and for experience, in that area. Most people learn not just the book work, but how to apply it and how to gain expertise in it through experience. I have found experience and the desire to learn more is the best teacher. I do desire to be able to use my own thinking capabilities and have been praised for my 'critical thinking" abilities , that few nurses have these days.....It's a lost art or skill in the medical field. Another example of lack of thinking, they just assumed someone calibrated it at the factory , no one bothered to make sure....human error .......and now they have to find out how many humans that effected .......it will be dismissed by the radiologist and they will come out with another liability form for a patient to sign before getting a cat scan now....like they did with the Flu Vaccine.....another lobotomy syndrome...they don't worry enough about their actions that they are committing against a human life.......that is the point here.....THINK! I have worked in a Federal Indian Hospital with the Commissioned Corps nurses , P.A.s,N.P.s and doctors, pharmacists etc. They are excellent healthcare workers......If I would have heard of them years ago, before reaching their age limit. I would have become one or joined their Federally funded group. They wear the neatest uniforms, they have all advanced in their educational degrees anywhere from a LPN to PH.D in nursing.....of course all paid for by the Federal government. And the retirement /healthcare benefits and pay scale is excellent. They are all happy campers! A great bunch to work for and with. I don't think most of them are mandated to go overseas....they can or they can hire in the states, wherever there is an opening and stay there or transfer anywhere in the world that there is a Federal Hospital. I wish I would have known about them, before I did, two years ago....I would have enlisted in a jiffy and went from a LPN/Associate degree to a Physicians Assistant. I can't say enough good things about them......go for it! State of the art facilities and healthcare system. Advancement in pay guaranteed and a safe and assured pension.

In regards to the H1N1 Vaccine. I know what has been facturally put in the vaccine, therefore, I will not take it. IT is made from Asian people's bodies, and dead bodies from 1918 which had the Spanish Flu. And now they are saying that they are putting in Live Virus's....No thank-you, I don't want someone else's DNA mixed with mine.......nor do I want 1000 times the amount of Thiosal /Mercury, nor do I want Squalene , or monkey kidneys' or dead fetus lung tissue .......no thank-you. I won't drink your Kool-Aid ! All of the people who have reportedly, died of the H1N!, did they get Vaccinated first and then died of it? While nurses have gone without an increase in their wages for the past 20 years.! So was that a another disguised bail out for the doctors....while the patients go bankrupt going to them??????with our tax money?????? If you haven't figured out how our government has criminally come up with these programs than you are living in a dream world.......! The fraud that goes on with our medical records and billing is atrocious! The waiting to get into to see "specialists" for friends of mine with acute problems is unethical but financially lucrative for the all doctors to get a piece of the $ pie. The fact that there are 500,000 LPN"s out of work across our nation and our hospitals train a off the street person 3 days on the job to do the job a LPN went to school for in a Board Certified Nursing school for 12 months and became licensed through the state board of nursing.......and you let the untrained person to do invasive treatments and assist the RN in healthcare......and then wonder why Healthcare is way below what it used to be in this country.....The lack of knowledge and lack of wisdom in the healthcare field is why it is not a good thing for the patient but a profitable thing for the for profit administrators of our hospitals across this nation. If a LPN was put back to work we wouldn't have a nursing healthcare shortage in this nation and hospitals would not have to subcontract out high paid travelers and foreign nurses, and doctors. What the National Board of Nurses has done to our profession by allowing a Medical Assistant or a off the street person to perform what a nurse was licensed to do is absolutely unethical and immoral in my opinion. They are being hired for doctors offices and being used by the doctor to do my H &P, report my labs to me and to prescribe my medications. All things if I would have done as nurse I could have lost my license...but they do not have one to loose.....If I hadn't of been a nurse.....I would not have caught all of the mistakes I have had with my healthcare. That should not be happening in a country that has always honored our education and our compassion and our experience Ignorance is Bliss ! And most people think the Bliss is truth ! The Bliss is smokescreen, so you don't know the facts! I am sorry I ranted on about what I have been made aware of in my life but nursing is now controlled by the AMA and the for profit corporation hospitals. I had a AMA member / internist, once tell us at the nurses station 13 years ago.....you nurses can go get your BSN's, M.A's, your PH.D.s all you want , but in a few years when we own the hospitals and the insurance companies and we want to pay you $12 a hour, you will either take it and work, or you will be without a job. Because, we can hire a nurses aide to do the work you do! What do you think about that arrogant doctor!!!! I guess he was right though wasn't he......while the woman on the National Board of Nursing allowed it to happen.......
