  1. I've also applied for the Summer 2015 new residency. The best thing I could give you for advice on the Letter of Introduction is to answer it if you were speaking to someone face to face. I've not yet heard anything, but I've done my entire senior year of clinicals at UNC on 3 Anderson and my instructor is also an employee there and that was her advice. I hope you and I both get an interview. Good luck!
  2. I've applied for the Summer - Fall 2015 New Grad Residency and I'm waiting to hear back now. Applications closed on Jan. 31st. Can anyone tell me about how long it took to receive a call/email about interviewing? Thanks so much in advance!
  3. I'm applying for Fall 2013 as well this January! I will have only my A&P II class to complete but for my program it isn't a pre-req, just recommend that its out of the way before the program starts :)
  4. I am so scared of everything! the unknown, the life you carry in your hands, feeling like I can't prioritize. I have three kids and a husband to take care of as well as the studying aspect. For me, I just worry until I actually get into a situation. I think everything is just a huge scare until you're thrown in the mix. First fear though, NOT getting into the program this coming fall '13. Second? My dosage test 6 weeks in. I have to pass with a 90 or better or I'm out of the program...sigh...
  5. I have to agree, if you can hold it together working as a CNA who pretty much gets the worst of the nasty then you could handle the nasty of being an RN. Good luck!
  6. I would recommend checking out the tutors your school offers as well. Working with mine has given me a huge amount of confidence this year with A&P I. Good luck!
