I think we've all at one point inour lives faced with tought situation but my experinces always proved that there are more good people than bad in this world. I have been googling and there aren't that many lvn to rn programs that are offered online I only came accross few and most of them asked to fill out a form to request information. Thanks Karen

Hi guys, If any of you who are doing online lpn/lvn to rn program can help me with a question. I am thinking about doing lvn to rn online do I send the college only my lpn/lvn license? or transcripts as well? I can't remember but while back i did a search and one of the online colleges required lpn license so I am not sure if If transcript is included as well. I am sorry that must be awful feeling. Are you a foreign graduate? if you are and had your papers evaluated through cgfns you can apply through other state. Some states require CES evaluation or cgfns exam. Don't give up I read a post not too long ago where one of the AN member stated she was denied through california and was approved by new york state of board. Good luck Karen

Sorry to hear that some forum members made you feel that way don't give in what others have to say leave your life the way you wanted and achive the goals that you set for yourself. I have encountered the same problem when I looked for help I got many negative comments but guess what? it only made me stronger, helped me become more driven. Don't give up you will pass if not this time perhaps 7th or 9 th time. Everything happens for a resason. Always remember God is control and not people so don't give in to what some uneduated people might tell you. You have your degree that already says a lot about you. Don't give your wheel to others take charge and ignore nonsense you can do it trust in yourself. I am sure you will make it this time if you need notes I can share it with you. Karen

For those who wonder how people with hearing(deaf) problems operate in the society there are great classes that can be taken it is very beneficial and educational. I will not begoing into details how I live my life on everyday basis. I alrady made a mistake of providing to much info and details that was unnessary. Many of you have taken what I have written out of context so I will not waste my energy nor time to try explain or defend myself enoughhhhhhhhhhhh if you choose to be the way you are carry on I am done this time for sure. I have recieved what I wanted I shouldn't be wasting my time reading your cold hearted responses. Maybe you need to take a bible and learn some kindness from there instead of wastings so much of your time attacking others with unkind and hurtful statments. I am finished.

The reason why I stated I have hearing problem is for you to know that people who struggle with hearing always have problem with sentence sturcutre we always put verbs backwards or forwards. If that caused confusion I apologize.

I have hearing issues and yes I was born in the states. I hope you don't mind someone like me being member of this forum. As for your information I am also half black is there other concerns?

Patty is correct I came here because I felt safe and wanted support and not critics nor ignorance. I want to clarify something for people who misunderstood my thread or perhaps did not read it carefully it was not my intention to encourage others to write letters NO. Yes I did ask for suggestions, tips on how to write it but definitely was not my intention to ask you guys to to the same. Just thought to clarify on my part, and as stated previously you only know 10% as what was written so be courteous of others if you continue attacking others the way you are with me also with some other members of AN you will chase others a way with your actions.

Hi MissMed School, Thank you for the people like you who are open minded and see the the world through good lenses. If everyone thought like others and through saw everything through the nerrow lenses we whould have lived in a misreable world. I think everyone sees the situation through their own lenses which is understanding. I was accused of cheating, smelling something fishy, not being a good nurse because I did not pass the nclex and etc... it seems as though many are seeing the world through their fishy eyes. I was shocked to see this type of responses but I guess I should expect this is human nature wasn't president Obama was questioned for not having his birth certificate? and other accusation or how can a black man became a president? This is the world we live in and we all see everything through based on our experinces and eyes. I am glad there are positive and not fishy smelling people are here. I have nothing to gain by lying.I feel that I can't convey and I am not going to if there is a jeoulosy that I got the ticket and you did not then to bad for you, deal with it.

Patti Beileve it or not I did get a voucher number and registered right a way. People do you have all the details on what was written in the letter? of course NOT then why are you making assumptions ? I only gave 1/10 as what I have written. Stop making assumptions yes I did include that I am a good student and I have great references but there was more in the letter and they approved me for another free retake.

I am going to close this thread with my final lines which is I did not ask for your critics nor ignorance this does not apply to all of you as many of you were kind and emphatetic. Thank you futurern34 Mazy I did not mentione anything in my letter about pvt trick as it was stated by other members "As as far as Pearson Vue, the boards of nursing, and the NCSBN is concerned the PVT doesn't exist". so I dicided not to mention anything about pvt. I am not quite sure what you mean by "that they do not decide to investigate what other "tricks" you have been up to with the test" what other tircks are there?

I want to thank those people who emailed me with their great tips and kindess I appriciate it very much. I was debating whether to write a letter or not and thought that I will take this idia out of my head. Thanks to the people in this forum for their encouragment so I did write a letter. I stated that I have 4.0 gpa and great references from my patients and am a good nurse but was unable to pass the exam after trials. I expressed in my letter that I strognly belived I passed and asked for reconsideration. I got an email which was genuine offering me a ticket number for a retest. I have done my quick results already thats how I know I failed!!! the message I was getting said this (our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam) which was reasurring I passed. According to SATA's all the threads I read it seems that if you perform well you get application types quesitons that's why I also belived that I passed. I think I will go forward and make a comploaint according to two of my professors this has been happening and many students made complaints already and it did resolve their issues so I am plaining on taking this step as well.
