  1. Just find someone to switch with yoy and let them know. It's usually not an issue

  3. Reading this feed and smiling. .. so happy to say that I've graduated and passed nclex. Seems like yesterday we were all excited about getting in, now look at us !! Time waits for no one. Cohort 1& 2 we rock !!
  4. So sorry I Diddy didn't reply to your msg but I'm sure you already have your answers lol. Got so busy and haven't been on the page in a while. Hope all is well with you .. You should be graduating summer of 2016 right ?
  5. How are all of you guys doing ? Just checking in on you all hope your first year of the program was a success
  6. How is everything going with everyone ?? Just checking in
  7. I remember I got my letter exactly on the last day of the deadline to receive a response so if you haven't gotten a letter yet don't panic. For some reason it seems they wait until the last minute to send the letters out
  8. @maegsy Thanks a lot. I always like to pay it forward. I was in your shoes 2 short years ago so I fully understand and I remember reading other success stories that gave me hope that I could make it too. Interviewing with sentara soon. Please pray all goes well. Please let me know WHEN you get your acceptance letter into the program !! Rooting for you all. ..
  9. reading this post really brings back memories. I was scrolling through my all nurses account just to look at my old responses that I didnt get to read and I decided to look at the new thread. I remember applying to the tcc program and not getting accepted the first time But I applied again and got in the second time... the first time I was an alternate but no one dropped. Now I can say that I have graduated this past summer , took my boards and successfully passed on my first attempt. Waiting for my interview for Sentara. I just want to say not to worry because the waiting game can be cruel but you all have really good grades and I'm sure you guys are smart and will do well. My GPA going into the program was a 3.6 but my hesi score was only a 78% so to the person who is worried about the HESI exam don't worry just pray. If it's meant for you it is for you. The number of applicants when I applied was 358 so it's a competitive program. The better the grades the better your chances. Good luck to you all and God bless. I am here for any questions you may have.
  10. Each class is 8 weeks long. There is some talk about changing that so by the time you all start in January they may go back to the old way which was 16 week courses. I personally like the 8 week classes. Congrats again ladies
  11. Congrats KaepernicksWife....That's awesome !! so happy for you guys
  12. That's okay.. I was an alternate too but didn't let that stop me. I know its disappointing but you will be fine. Just make sure your prepared to start if need be. Good luck
