Hi All, I'm currently in the LVN-RN program (advanced placement into 3rd and 4th semester), and starting the bridge course next week. However, I may need to take off on the 3rd and 4th semester because I am pregnant, and considered a high risk pregnancy. I may be able to do the 3rd semester but, I am due during finals, and might be a bit risky. I plan to request a withdrawal due to pregnancy and reapply next year in September 2022 during the school's application period to be re-admitted to the program the following year 2023 when class starts. I wanted to know if anyone knows about readmission procedures. My school is Rio Hondo/LVN-ADN program Thank you!

Hi All!! I've just been accepted to the LVN to RN bridge program, and starting in 3 weeks with the bridge course. I see on the schedule that it's an online lecture. Does anyone know if this is done through CONFERZOOM?? Thank you!!

Any alternates get accepted? I just got the call a seat became available! yay!! the first alternate had declined, so I was next.

They canceled the LVN to RN bridge, but keeping our applications for the application period in Jan for Summer 2021.

Silly question, Is LAVC a lottery? I’m an alternate at Rio for LVN to RN bridge, LAVC did not have enough LVN applicants, but said they will still consider Lvn’s for the generic program. Maybe not too many Lvn’s are aware that LAVC offers the bridge. ?

I called again, they are still calling/emailing people throughout the week until Friday for acceptance and Denials

How long have you been applying?

They said they are still making calls, and over the next few days.

I have no emails yet. I applied for the lvn bridge at Pasadena and just received word that they canceled their Winter semester for the lvn bridge but keeping our applications for the next period. I hope LAVC has better news!
