   There's no way to study for the exam. It's a cumulative of all the knowledge you've acquired during your experience in practice. I didn't study and passed and I know nurses that studied for months and said it was a waste of time and had failed it!

   Does your facility use the SBAR form for reporting? There's L&D specific ones that might be helpful to you.
