  1. Really? Did they give you a reason? Ugh, this is discouraging.
  2. I read somewhere that OU is no longer offering the admin/leadership msn route. Is this correct? Also, what are your thoughts on the msn program so far?
  3. I know this a very individualized preference but I am interested in which route will give me more bang for my buck? I am not interested in the NP route. I have narrowed the choices down to education and administration. Can you teach with a management route and vice versa? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
  4. I bet it is a sign from the BSN Gods that this class will be a lot of work :uhoh21:
  5. I guess I shouldnt put the cart in front of the horse as they say. I guess I will concentrate on finishing this BSN program and see how I feel then. Thanks for replying. I am still on the fence about returning so soon. Good luck to you both.
  6. Hello, with only having 3 courses left in the BSN program I am starting to look at the Masters Program for OU. I was wondering if anyone else has done much research on the program and what are your thoughts? I heard it was a little disorganized and have been encouraged to look elsewhere.
  7. I am. Only 3 courses left for me :)
  8. Course grades have been submitted to the registrars office. Please do not email me or your TA about missing grades or questions on any exams as the course is completed and grades have been submitted. This message seems a bit harsh. How rude.
  9. Is everyone doing about a paragraph each for the responses? It is sad that we all need to come here for clarification on assignements. Each time I take a class I think this is the worst one so far, then the next one comes along and it is a little worse. A class should not be so complicated. I posted a question on the Q and A board and got an answer back that was clear as mud
  10. I just hate that we have group case studies. Normally my free time is at the end of the week and I hate that others judge me or label me as a slacker because I cannot work around their schedule and compromise to when they think I should post. I took an online class to avoid this, ugh
  11. Im here too. Lets pray for a nice (and fast) 5 weeks :)
  12. I cannot find the address to send the consent form to. It bad enough I waited until the last minute but now I cant find the address. Anyone know where it was located? Please and thank you :)
  13. Prof. P's class
  14. I just picked 3 things that I felt were important in the class. Then I broke those up into sub topics. I used breaking old habits and creating new ones ( I then broke that into the steps), effective communication (broke that into listening and sending) and then creating goals (no subtopics there). Then of course the conclusion. It actually was easy when you broke it up. It didnt seem so hard to write. The text we used was a human relations book that cost 60 to rent. Reece, B. L., Brandt, R., & Howie, K. F. (2011). Effective human relations interpersonal and organizational applications (11th ed.). Mason, OH, United States: South-Western Cengage Learning. The course text can be purchased directly from Cengage through the custom Website for our class below: http://www.cengagebrain.com/shop/micro/ouprcm325j You have the option to purchase or rent the text.
  15. My paper was a complete 2 pages. I had about 9 in text citations and I only referenced the text. The requirements only said max of 5 pages so that is what I stuck too. I said all I needed to say in 2. This class seemed sooo long.
