Hello all, i also wanted to ask about the endorsement,i am an licensed LPN in W.V and i wanted to do an endorsement in TN,but i dont know where to start or how,i called TN-BON And they instruct me to fill up some forms.so i fill this up and now ive got a couple of questions,because i came from philippines which means im an international students and im just wondering about the transcript of records that they are asking me and a diploma.does it have to be original or photocopy will be enough.?and also about this criminal background that they're asking,when i tried to fill up the forms to schedule for my finger printing and they are asking me about this OCA number which i didn't know where to get it and really dont have idea what is it.. hope u could help me with this looking forward for your reply .thank u

just wanted to share my story.. took NCLEX-PN for the second time around ,first try i failed and now took again last september 8 and i stop at 95 questions.i dont even notice that im on number 95 already and shocked when it stop,so i just walk out the door and dont know what to do..so after i got home,i tried PVT and it didnt take me to CC pages,but im not really sure and i still have doubt until i received the mail from my BON and im really so happy because passed PVT WORKS !!..:yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::nurse: and now im working on transferring my license to another state,but still happy because there is this home health who accepts me while waiting for my temporary license..just waiting for my back ground check to finish and so i can start working while waiting..im just really so happy.. goodluck to those who will take NCLEX-PN..u can do it ::heartbeat

when i try to do the pvt ive got a good pop up says *our system indicates that you already exist in our system* but when i try the quick results its says im failed,im so very sad,but what for now i just have to wait for the mail.i really dont know what to do,im so anxious to know my results.. can anybody send me some words of encouragement?i really need it now, thank u i would appreciate it
