  1. First check your state labor laws. May be wise to look for a new job.
  2. Nursing isn't for anyone looking for just a good paycheck. Nursing is a new challenge every day, sometimes it can be enjoyable and sometimes it is very frustrating. We all have days when we would like to kill our co-workers & other days when we want to buy them a beer. Nurses are people who need a challenging adventure every day. I love what I do & some days I hate it, but it is never boring.
  3. Absolutely not right & illegal to represent yourself as a nurse if you are not licensed as a nurse.
  4. First you need to find your comfort zone. Have all your equipment ready, bed at the right height, strips of tape ready, op-site ready, ect. then tell everyone to leave the room, take a deep breath, smile, and tell yourself you know what you are doing. Be confident with yourself, but never gloat. Remember everyone has a bad day even seasoned nurses.
  5. I had to give a little chuckle at the end, a smile goes a long way.
