Yup, it was a phone call. After the initial interview, I was told that they would be making calls for second round interviews by the end of the week. Others that I have talked to were told they would hear back within 7-10 days.

I had my second interview on Monday. I think beyond the first interview the process is unit specific.

I've been out of school nearly 6 months with only 2 interviews so far. Things are tough out here in California... only about 1/3 of my classmates have been hired, several have gone out of state and a few others had hospital connections. Good luck!
