Hey Superman, I am from Oregon...I am not sure about commissioning, it may be because my recruiter is leaving for training most of the summer, most of the info I have received is from this site. I will hopefully be getting a few things such as uniforms before COT but that is not entirely sure yet. I hope you get the info you need soon. I hadn't heard about any rules to commissioning dates, mine was fairly simple...we just picked a date to meet and I took the oath. It was pretty low key.

I will be attending COT in October as well.... I initially heard 22 nurses were selected for this COT and a few weeks ago I heard it was only 17, so there aren't many of us! I am doing NTP in Cincinnati and I will be stationed at Lackland AFB. I commissioned two weeks ago :) Good luck!

This is a good idea, I'd like to get to know a few people I will meet at COT in October! So as I mentioned, my COT date is Oct 17th, then to Cincinnati for NTP and I will be stationed at Lackland! I graduated in December with my BSN and have been waiting to hear back from AF before I decided on anything else, so I celebrated big time Friday!

I am a new grad and applied for NTP as well. I hope you hear good news today!

Just heard from my recruiter! I got in! Will be heading to COT Oct 17th!

My recruiter told me on Wednesday that I would know next week by mid week for sure...I don't know if anyone else has heard different, I am the only person applying that I know!

where can we find these numbers when they are released? All my application materials are in as well, but my recruiter hasn't given me much information beyond the April 5th date.
