  1. Hello, Has anyone completed or is anyone currently enrolled in Ohio University's MSN-to-DNP Nurse Executive/Nurse Leader (NE/NL) program? I am considering the program and would love honest feedback from current students or graduates. Specifically, I am interested in: Overall satisfaction with the program Faculty support and responsiveness Workload and time commitment while working full-time Statistics and research courses (were they manageable?) DNP practicum and immersion experiences Support with the DNP project Organization and communication from the university Whether you would choose Ohio University again A little about me: I have an MSN in Nursing Leadership, work remotely in quality/audit, and am considering this program versus Arkansas State University's DNP-Education program. I appreciate any insights, positive or negative. Thank you!
  2. My class showed up. Yeah!!
  3. I was finally able to register for classes. I went back and found the classes I chose had their class numbers changed. That may be why it gave me a error message that I needed requisites. Then I dropped all my classes and added the new class numbers. It let me register.
  4. My section is 057 and it still isn't up.
  5. I believe the frustration comes out of not knowing. It is understandable that there may be issues with the change in classes and from Epic to blackboard. However as many of us are from out of state, we may not be aware how the recent events have affected Ohio university's online program. I would be satisfied with an updated note on the website to inform us that it is a system wide issue and they are working on it. Not an email several days later. I believe if an update would be posted, then it would eliminate their numerous phone calls and many of us would be more understanding and patient.
  6. Does anyone have the class up on blackboard? 4520 isn't showing up on my blackboard
  7. I get the same notice. It is so frustrating not to be able to register for classes.
  8. You can take Psy 1110 Elementary statistical reasoning which is only 5 wks long. starts in 2/2012.
  9. Yes, I'm in the BSN completion program. That is good to know. I was concerned on whether stats is doable.
  10. What professor would anyone recommend for stats?
  11. Im so glad someone posted a thread about this because I was very frustrated about not being able to sign up. Also, not seeing the course offerings for spring was disappointing.
  12. Thank you sooo much! I just found out my local library is set up for proctoring and best of all it's free!
  13. Oh wow! That is great! I didn't know exams could be taken at public libraries. That is good to know. I was thinking I needed to go to the local community college. I hope that since the classes have changed to five week classes that there continues to not be proctored tests needed.
  14. Does anyone know how many proctored tests there are per course?
  15. So, If your employer does not participate with academic outreach then would you complete the Rn to Bsn online program? I am confused with the website. I applied to OU but I am not sure which program I am in. Does it even matter?
