Hi, I find your post interesting. I am currently looking for a hospital to undergo Dialysis Training and also was able to browse the NKTI website. However, I did not get much information about their training on Dialysis. I would like to ask if you know how can I apply for such training. I'm currently out of the country and will go back to the Philippines on the 2nd week of April. PGH-APCN: Step ONE: APCN Dean's form - this form is ONLY distributed on a specified DATE AND TIME, limited to 200+ forms only. This year the forms was released around April and October. Better call the DNET office before April 2011 and ask them on when are they going to release the APCN Dean's forms. Step TWO: pass the requirements 1.) Accomplished APCN dean's form 2.) Letter of Intent addressed to the Deputy Director for Nursing (sorry can't post names) 3.) Photocopy of Transcript of Records 4.) Original or certified true copy of Board Ratings 5.) Authenticated photocopy of PRC License 6.) Photocopy of PNA membership card Step THREE: qualifying exams (PHP150 exam fee) They'll only get 50 from the 200+ applicants.
