New RN having hard time finding job!
Go for the travel agencies online. there are alot. try craigslist. Not all places require experience. all new employees goes thru an orientation and probation period. Nurses will assist and train new nurses. If you feel that the company and staff is uncomfortable, not friendly, not helpful.. during your training you have to speak up to the DON about it. quality assurance and feedback is essential to companies esp for new workers. try a doctors office or a small clinic first. good luck

Please Help...should I self report?
Do you work under a union at your current job? Just keep doing what you do best and continue to go to your recovering program. You should seek advice from a counselor, and I believe in the long run, they will find out about you. Your are lucky to even have another job. focus on it and move forward. when seeking help, that is being honest with yourself and people around you. need to build trust among all. Good Luck.
