I am extremely nervous too! I also need to ace an A in this course as a pre-requisite course of ASU's BSN program.

I had no idea that this class' midterm and final exams are to be taken at the Testing Center, I thought they were at-home exams! I will be taking this class on March with BIO201 and SOC101. Do you think this will be a good idea? Also, is FON241LL required?

I have just enrolled to SOC101 for the "(SB)" course requirement.

hi azmomo2! i have already taken hcr210 (clinical health care ethics), hcr230 (culture and health), psy101 (introduction to psychology), and psy240 (human development). i think i can't use hcr210 and psy101/psy240 as the hu/sb critical requirements because they cover different critical requirement courses. please see the link below for the classes to see what i mean. https://nursingandhealth.asu.edu/files/programs/nursing/undergraduate/bsn/pos.pdf i am thinking of taking psy260 as the "humanities/fine arts (hu)" requirement, but i am still undecided for the "elective" course requirement. thank you so much for your reply!

Hello, I am almost halfway through with my pre-requisites for the traditional BSN program of ASU. I was wondering if you guys could help me out into choosing the best "Humanities/Fine Arts (HU) or Social Behavioral Science (SB)" and "Elective" courses that are transferable to ASU. I will be taking the classes at Rio Salado College. I will really appreciate any help, thank you!!

I am currently taking Basic Chemistry (4 credits) and Developmental Psychology (3 credits) ,and will be taking Basic Biology(4 credits), Health Care Ethics (6 credits) and College Algebra (3 credits) next semester.

@ nanette83: You're welcome, and it's okay I have been in that stage also! My advice is that you follow the instructions that your instructor gave you because sometimes instructors want answers for the essays to be in detail; and you are not allowed to use Wikipedia as a source. I am sure you will be fine with the essays! (:

@johnnyarei: 4 days?! WOW! Next month, I am planning to take BIO 156, HCR 210, HCR 230 and MAT 142 at Rio Salado. Do you think this would be a good idea? By the way, how are the HCR classes? Did you only made essays or answer quizzes? They must have been really easy!

Hi Everyone! I am taking CHM 130 at Rio Salado, and I am officially preparing for the midterm examination (might take it next week). I think I am about to have a nervous breakdown because I am frustrated, scared and I don't know what to do! I hope there are past CHM 130 students who will be able to help me to ace this midterm. I currently have an A in the class and I want it to keep it that way. First of all, I don't know if I am supposed to memorize stuff like: key terms, units of measurement, formulas (temperature, specific heat and etc.), metric equality/unit conversion (dimensional analysis).. I am really freaking out right now, I know this might sound crazy but am I supposed to memorize what is on the periodic table? What am I supposed to memorize? Second, are the AYL essays really included on the midterm? Third, are there many questions about problem solving and are there difficult than the problems that are on the book and lesson? Please, please help me with this. I will really appreciate your help. You can add any suggestions/comments that I need to know to be successful on acing the midterm. Thank you very much!
