As far as Ive heard Duke has terrible pay rates. I know a few people that I met in orientation that work at UNC and Wake Med. Im in the Ambulatory Care Clinic Float Pool as and LPN at UNC.

I work an a LTC facility where we just got a new DON. She had been the DON previously, but the position was taken away from her (and now we alllllll know why!) Since she took over she said that the facility, which is 2 skilled units and 1 residential...
