Honestly, I think you'll be fine. From OC to LA in the 405 at let's say 530 in the morning (or maybe a little earlier), you'll be there in less than hour. I've driven from OC to UCLA before at this time and I got there way before 7am. You just have to beat traffic and not mind coming to work early. Leaving, may be the harder part...unless you want to stay at work a little longer (maybe 830 or so) so you won't hit the traffic back. Goodluck! And @RN28, I cant reply to PMs yet, but no I am not in that unit sorry! I start late Feb, but Im thinking it will go into early March. =]

Same here! But I still have about 3 or 4 weeks of break until I start! Going to make the best of it!

I would recommend finding a part-time or per diem job as a CNA. That will definitely give you an advantage over other candidates. I know you graduate in May, but it doesn't hurt to try because it would be almost impossible to get a CNA job after you graduate from nursing school. Goodluck!

Does it work even if you just finished the test? I took my NCLEX-RN and right when I got home, maybe 30mins after, I checked it and got the good pop-up. I checked it again maybe 20mins later and still got the good pop-up. Ughhh please let this be true!! Im sure many of you are feeling what Im feeling right now.

I just finished my NCLEX-RN maybe an hour ago. I rushed to my house and my laptop to see if this trick really worked. I HOPED AND PRAYED that it gave me the "good" pop-up and had "Delivery Successful" as my status. and it gave me the good pop-up..thank you GOD!! Should I have waited longer to check or is this right?!? ughhhh

Hi everyone, Congratulations to those who were offered a position! I, too, was extended a position ronald reagan last week and can't wait to start. @Potassium, I think it depends on the manager when you will do all your paperwork because mine said to wait and she will e-mail me all the information needed.
