I spent $35 and got a great one on wheels at OFFICE MAX. It has saved my back for sure. I think it is the only way to go.

I'm the same way. I like a 3 ring binder so I can add all the handouts to it. I also type my notes at night as we go along in lecture from my lecture notes. It helps me review the lecture too.

I wear a size 8 and I ordered a 39 - but I have a wide foot too. SO I guess I did order 1 size up.

If you have lower back pain you might need orthotics in your shoes to readjust your alignment. They helped me.

I had the same problem last year. I had a tendon probelm in my shoulder. I had the same symptoms you decribe. THe Doc gave me a cortison shot inthe tendon and I was good as new. Never had any trouble since. Maybe it will work for you too..............

The insoles in Danskos come right out so you should be able to put the orthotics in there too.

I didn't use the coloring book. I did xerox the photos from the book. Then I would whiteout the lables for each mucscle and copy that sheet again. Then I could fill in the blanks for the muscles and learn them that way.
