  2. Hello all! Just got the call this morning and I have a scheduled interview next monday! I am very excited and nervous. I have never had an interview like this before. Can anyone give me any advice or pointers on how to prepare for my interview? Also any tips on how to dress would be great too! Thanks!
  3. This made me want to cry, thank you so much for posting this! It gave me much needed inspiration! Good luck to you!
  4. I take the TEAS test in a week, and I'm a little stressed about it. I really want to get into this program. Any advice would be great!
  5. Look at this way, she most likely makes around minimum wage and probably will for the rest of her life. Yes, no doubt it will be hard. However, with hard work, I sincerely believe you will persevere. Keep your head and don't let anyone drag you down.
  6. Congrats!!!!:yelclap:
  7. I have purchased most of my textbooks on ebay. Ebay has saved me quite a bit of dough. :)
  8. Thank you for your post......it has given me much needed inspiration. My mother died when I was just 5 and my father passed when I was 18. I had to work full time while taking my prereqs. For the past 3 years I have been working on my prereqs and have finally completed them. My GPA isn't that bad, but it isn't great either (3.2).I have failed the TEAS once already, but will be retaking soon. I am very frustrated, but reading your post has given me hope. Thank you
  9. Thank you!!! Good luck to you as well!!
  10. Hello all, I am trying to get into an LVN program here in central California. They have told me that I need to take the TEAS first. My question is however, if the TEAS exam for LVN's is the same exam for the RN program? I have already taken the TEAS and failed once already. Any advice would be much appreciated. :)
  11. I am studying for the Teas test as of right now, just wondering if the test covers chemistry as well? I havent taken chem yet. Any advice would be much appreciated!
