Are you going to Houston or Dallas?

I am just double checking, but the Hep B series is something that some of us may have already from going to public schools right? I have documentation of the dates that I had my Hep B completed, so I am just making sure this is going to suffice.

Congrats to everyone who has gotten in!! I am so happy for everyone!!! My holds haven't been changed, so I assume I didn't get in, but I am fine with that because I already accepted at TWU. But I am so excited for all of you that have gotten in! YAY!!

SerenePeach-I accepted at TWU Houston and I am also waiting on UT Houston. I am just curious, are you choosing UT because it is a shorter program or is it just a better school? If I get in to UT I honestly do not know which program to choose. Time is not an issue for me, so I don't mind doing the longer program.

I live about 35 minutes northeast of downtown Houston, so I will be making the commute everyday!

I got accepted to TWU and I took micro at lonestar college. The class I took was called medical microbiology. Was your micro class not accepted?

I also would like to know what the student to clinical preceptor (sp) or the faculty that will be at clinicals ratio is? As in when we go to clinicals how many students to a faculty member will be there with us?

I just got accepted to a program at Texas Women's University so I will be declining my offer at Lonestar-Kingwood which means that one of you lucky alternates will be getting my spot at Kingwood!!!!! :)

I recieved it at 11:34 am today and not too many people have been posting about Houston, so maybe they aren't done sending them out?

Hi everyone! ok..so I know this is a stupid question..but i am a bit confused about the hep b shot. When I was younger, I had to get this series for school, so I am wondering if this is something I need to get again? or do I just need to bring in proof? It seems like most people on here are having to go and get it. I also have a question about CPR certification. Does this need to be completed before the application deadline? or can you do it after you receive your acceptance letter but before clinicals start? I really appreciate any help i can get!
