  1. Hello UT Hopefuls, I am so anxious to finish my prereqs. Anyone else taking prereqs? If so, where? What classes are you taking?
  2. Hello Guys and Girls, I got a request to move this forum to the Texas region. The move will make this forum very easy to locate. I posted the previous thread link at the bottom. Enjoy and Happy Mother's Day to all!:redpinkhe https://allnurses.com/pre-nursing-student/spring-2011-ut-476207.html
  3. That's excellent. Can you give some study tips?
  4. @ag.wade. GREAT NOTES. You must have made an A. @ heavenleedesire, I am also taking A&P 1 in Summer 1. I have classes every day. You will do fine.
  5. Sure, we can move this over to the nursing school forum. As for the the A&P question, I am using Barron's Anatomy and Physiology: The Easy Way. I believe the Evolve A&P section is an outline. Also, for the vocab, I found a website for general medical terminology. The website is http://www.buzzle.com/articles/medical-glossary-definitions-of-medical-terms.html
  6. I am nervous about the HESI too. I have studied for it in sections. I will take it in a couple of weeks.
  7. I am a UT Houston hopeful applying for the traditional and accelerated nursing program. I will complete my science prereqs (A&P 1/2) in the summer. I will finish up with Micro and Chem in the fall. I am so focused right now. Anyone else out there? :)
  8. Please tell your husband to reapply. The new regulations went into effect on June 15, 2009 and enable the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to relax income restrictions on enrollment for health benefits. While this new provision does not remove consideration of income, it does increase income thresholds. You may be eligible for enrollment under this new provision.
