i start on the 23rd at D'Youville College (anyone else???) i just went to the eye doctor to get checked up for contacts!! my eyesight is JUST bad enough that i have to wear glasses during lectures and while driving. i figured i could do without the extra pair of glasses on my face. gets in the way and totally limits my range of vision. i feel so liberated now!! haha (:

i will be attending d'youville in the fall... i just wanted to say that they're very generous with scholarships. i also feel like they are a bit less competitive than other schools. possibly because of the fact that they're a very tiny school with less name value than a huge school like ub. but there are so many nursing students that transferred FROM ub to d'youville because they were unhappy with their program and the size of the school so... i guess that says something? :T good luck!

i just got back from orientation at d'youville... just to settle any discrepancies, freshmen start with the A&P sequence their first year. i'm assuming you start with gen bio if you didn't meet pre-req requirements in high school or something? not sure....

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew how competitive D'Youville College's Nursing program is? Is it difficult to get in? Nursing programs are so difficult to get into these days... I applied quite late and I'm at the edge of my seat waiting for a reply... ):
