yes mercy does have a rn program but u have to have your lpn. and im currently studying for my entrance test for mercy that i take in july 5 to enroll in the year 2011. but in the mean time im taking the prereqs for their school of nursing.

wow thank you so much for the info. really helped me alot and made me less stressed about everything I will apply to FIU BSN prgrams. i read in previous posts that is only online classes. how long is the program and do they require more from you thenin the classroom?

Well im planning on going to mercy for RN also. and i went to MDC and they told me they are excepting applicants with 3.9!!!!!! i have a 3.5 now and they said i wouldnt be able to get in. if i get accepted to mercy i wanted to do lpn,rn then bsn in fiu and msn also

wow, this is the route im planning on going with when i get my RN. what are the requirements? where did you go and get your RN? and is it also competitive as getting into the basic bsn program? it seems that everywhere you go is competitive :x. thnks!

while i was thinking of fiu but they also put me on there waiting list. and im registered to take the test for mercy in july this year. yea i was actually planning on going that route. i wanna get my msn as a nurse practioner. but everywhere i go it is so hard to get into. i went to mdc and they wanted a 3.8! when they used to be 2.5 gpa requirement! i was thinking getting my RN (adn) it would be alot easier getting into the bsn program in FIU. i have my AA for pre nursing and just waited to get acccepted. thanks so much for replying. and what school did u end up going too? thanks again for the info:D

hi, im preparing to take the entrance test this july. can anybody give me any feed back on how was the test. I have my AA in prenurisng from MDC with a GPA of 3.2, volunteering in mercy at the nursing unit, i will also shadow my mom a couple of times she is an RN and im thinking of getting my CPR before attending the school. do you I will get accepted with my experiences and what i have done? i would gladly apperciate it! i really wanna attend their program and continue to get an RN with them also
