Thank you for this post! Thank you also, Daytonite for the excellent teaching! I am writing a plan of care for a PIH patient, and was looking for support on the nursing diagnosis fluid volume deficit R/T plasma protein loss AEB labs showing proteinuria 30mg/dL. For some reason, fluid volume deficit was hard to wrap my head around. Thanks again!
Maybe if you go to (or call) a specialized running shoe store they can give guidance. I had no idea the different types of running shoes there are available until I was fitted. They observed my gait, assessed my arches and found a category that felt great on my feet! My nursing shoes are Dansko clogs and so far I love them! Here is a link to the running spot that I mentioned. They are in Cincinnati, Ohio. http://www.runningspot.com/ - the staff is quite helpful. Good luck to you! Aching feet are no fun.
I absolutely love Aveda's hand relief cream. It is not greasy and is the most soothing hand cream I have ever used. It does have an herby type smell which I love. http://reviews.aveda.com/3812/PROD5908/aveda-hand-relief-reviews/reviews.htm
