during my review for nclex, i watched videos that discusses different kinds of heart and lung sounds, the one by ed4nurses is what helped me the most. check it out on you tube.

I wish I realized earlier in my life that I don't have to be in a specific place/stage/position just to be happy. That happiness is a state of mind, that I can be happy anywhere and with $100, $10 or no dollars at all. That happiness should come within me, with an acceptance of who I am, what I can do and what I can't do. That even if I grew up with poverty and a constant lingering sense of instability, I can find it in me to love my life and everybody around me and that people and not mammon are most important in life.:)

Hey guys! this is my first post, I took may exam last March 31, 2010... did the PVT trick approx 6 hrs after the exam, i got the good pop up, at first i cant believe it, but according to thousands of people here, its reliable, it sure got me through. So, i tried to relax, but then i got sick, i got seasonal allergic rhinitis (its spring), then i got gerd. 3 days after the exam i started checking the Ca website, of course it wasn't there yet. According to some peeps here it takes about 3 up to 5 working days (it doesn't include the weekends). So this morning i thought i should check blogs here first, then something inside me told me to check the Ca bon site again, and there it was, my name. I cant believe it, i was kinda used to not seeing it there, and now its there. The wonderful thing is that it was issued on my birthday. Its a miracle. Its a wonderful birthday gift from God, i truly believe that He passed the exam for me, because it was so difficult, i mean i was kinda guessing most of it, it got easier probably 10 items before it stopped. My prayer before the exam was "Lord Jesus, please whisper into my ears the correct answer to the questions here so that i may pass the exam according to your will". And I did, just found out about 30 minutes ago! Hooray!
