Hello, Sorry if these questions have been answered but I am having trouble finding information about this. It's actually 3 questions: 1) What is the different between AS and AAS programs? does it matter? 2) What electives are you allowed to choose? What do you recommend? I'm having a hard time finding a list of classes to choose from. 3) What about math? Where do you guys take this class? it's not offered in registration. Thanks

I have a question about this - I am not enrolled yet in the Excelsior nursing program BUT I am taking my prereqs through Excelsior. Does this mean they will only accept a certain amount of those credits if I don't enroll now?

Hey... I have tons of questions... I actually was on Straightliner's website yesterday but it looked kind of fishy... I dunno, how did everything work for you? Did excelsior accept all of straightliner's credits?

Hey all :) I am an LPN and I am thinking about signing up for Excelsior... I have tons of questions, many of which are being answered as I read this board. I am still having some questions though and I thought you all may be able to help me. So here I go... I haven't done any of my pre-reqs and I am thinking about just doing them through Excelsior, then enrolling in the nursing courses, etc. My question is, what are the pre-reqs like through Excelsior? Particularly the English and Math tests, how do they work? Is it essay writing and math questions? How can those be multiple choice at the test center? Thank you in advanced, Bruce, LPN
